To download the files use only active FTP mode,
In Internet Explorer go to TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS -> ADVANCED -> Clear the check box "USE PASSIVE FTP"

Icaro & IcaNet Upgrades
Upgrades may be activated by users with regular maintenance agreements.

• Upgrade version 3.5

To upgrade, please check the installed version and select the release following immediately (e.g. 3.5 if your version is 3.4) and repeat upgrades until to reach the ultimate version. All objects will be transferred via FTP to your local PC drive.
